Our Vision:
To help individuals with special needs or individuals having difficulty communicating their thoughts effectively realize their true potential, improve self-confidence and nurturing them to achieve their future goals with the use of best evidence based practices in field of speech and hearing.
History of online speech therapy center:
Online speech therapy initially started in 2009 with a single child who was referred by a colleague due to his hearing impairment since birth. The family had received speech therapy in many places and were really unhappy with the quality of Speech Therapy services received. With continued Speech therapy and parent training once a week for few months, the child finally began picking up speech to parent’s satisfaction and soon got enrolled in a school. Through word of mouth, referrals started coming in and this was the starting point and the realization for the need of a competent Speech Therapist to provide quality service.
Initially, Speech Therapy Center
provided only in-person one-on-one services. However, due to the outbreak of
pandemic, COVID-19 and need for social distancing, Speech therapy center has
transitioned to providing online speech therapy only. At this time, it’s
uncertain when we would transition back to providing in person speech therapy
but we just hope things to normalize very soon.
