1) How does online speech therapy work?

Once you call 91- 891-0873857, the co-ordinator listens to your concerns, answers all your queries, explains you the procedure and sets up timing for speech therapy based on your convenience and availability of the speech therapist. As soon as the payment is received, your appointment is confirmed and the co-ordinator sends you the link to join the session at the scheduled time.


2) How is speech therapy provided online? 

The speech therapy is provided through secured network such as zoom. However, if you prefer some other platform, please let us know and we would certainly accommodate your convenience. 

A good high speed internet connection with a computer, laptop or a tablet is recommended. Phone can be used with adults but for kids with developmental delays either a computer/laptop or a phone is recommended. 


3) How long will my child need online speech therapy?

Each person is different and so is their Speech and language problem. There is currently no “one size fits all” treatment plan. The Speech therapy is customized according to Individual’s needs. The frequency and duration of online speech therapy is decided based on the age and severity of the problem. 


4) Can I cancel my online speech therapy appointment once the payment is done and get a refund?

We do understand that emergencies may always arise and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment with advance 12-24hrs notice. So that we can accommodate someone else for speech therapy in your canceled time slot and give enough notice to the Speech Therapist. Currently, we do not provide any refund but we can definitely reschedule your appointment. 


5) What if the electricity goes off or there is a technical difficulty during the Online speech therapy session?

If it’s towards the end of the therapy time slot, we do not reschedule but we can definitely add those extra missed minutes in our next speech therapy session. However, if there is a technical issue in the middle of the assessment, we can definitely reschedule it but it needs to be rescheduled within 2 weeks. After that, it would be considered a new assessment. If there is a technical difficulty before the start of the session, we will be happy to reschedule and the rescheduling needs to be done within 2-4weeks. 


6) What’s the fee for online speech therapy? 

Assessment and speech therapy rates are based on the problem and frequency of the treatment plan. Please call for more information. 


7) Who will provide online speech therapy?

It’s decided based on availability of the Speech Therapist but our all our speech Therapists currently hold Master’s degree on Speech Language Pathology and Audiology with 5 to over 10years of professional experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. We also have an internationally trained highly experienced Speech Therapist on board. 


8) How can I help my child at home?

Our speech Therapist will train the parent or caregiver during or at the end of the session. We also encourage the parents and caregivers to observe the session to help their child on days when he/she is not receiving speech therapy from the speech therapist for carryover and stabilization of the learnt skills. 


9) How to prepare for the speech therapy session first time?

If it’s an assessment, please email us any doctor’s report or any prior speech therapy reports that you may have before the appointment after making the appointment.  

Check your internet connection and the speed of your internet connection for video chats in zoom, google meet, hangout or in skype. 


10) How is the payment done?
